Using Instructions:
For 6m–2yrs (Baby Porridge): Mix 2 tbsp (20g) in 150ml warm milk/water. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
For 2–12yrs (Kids Shake): Mix 3 tbsp (30g) in 200ml warm or cold milk.Add honey/fruit if desired
